Good science requires excellent teamwork
We are always interested in collaborating with cell biologists, electron microscopists and neuroscientists working in fields connected with our research topics.
In particular, we aim to develop a network of collaborations investigating signalling and regulatory mechanisms in the extracellular matrix, sharing knowledge with experts worldwide who approach the same topic from different perspectives and with complementary research tools.
Through collaborations, we can translate the molecular insights generated by our research to the cellular level — and eventually also to in vivo model systems. This broadens the impact of our scientific data and strengthens their significance in the appropriate biological context.
Collaborations also stimulate exciting new research questions that can be addressed in future projects.
